This Traditional home design has massive curb appeal and attractive exterior elements that speak of a classic and timeless façade. A turret inspired wall feature rises above the roofline for visual interest alongside double gables and the wraparound covered porch extends to the rear of the home for extensive entertaining and relaxing space. The interior layout is highlighted with a fantastic layout that includes an open concept floor plan, four bedrooms and three baths in approximately 2,518 square feet. Nine foot ceiling heights give the main floor a continuation of spaciousness and include the front foyer entrance which is open to the formal dining room. There is French door access into the octagonal shaped den/reading library which is private, has built-in cabinetry and boasts of lovely window views overlooking the covered porch. After bypassing the coat and storage closet, the foyer extends into the two story great room where there is a handsome fireplace and a large window wall. The adjacent kitchen and breakfast room feature grand amenities that include an enormous center island with loads of work/prep space and casual seating. The rear breakfast nook is encased in window views and provides access onto the porch. Absolutely! We are constantly growing our design range however with our inhouse design team, we can flip, alter, add, remove, grow any element of each home. We want our off the wall homes to be a platform for you to start from. We are building a home around you and your lifestyle – so changes will nearly be expected! If you don’t like having a 4th bedroom, and would rather a second living room, make sure to tell us!

Best way to start is by scribbling your dream onto a piece of paper. 80% of our Green Home owners started out with a napkin and a dream – and it is our mission to give you the home of your dreams. When you have an initial Discovery Meeting, make sure to bring all iterations of your future home so that our builders can have a look and work with you to make sure that it will work on your block and take advantage of the natural elements. From there we pass it on to our in-house design team for them to mock up and give you a look at what your home may look like!
