This gorgeous single story floor plan features 1,934 square feet of living space and the ability to double the size of the home with the unfinished basement option. This quintessential American dream home is highlighted by three bedrooms and two bathrooms and also features a two car garage. The exterior of the home is timeless and includes architectural design options such as brick, siding and board and batten. A front covered porch exudes warmth and charm with its open railing and column detailing and gives the home enormous curb appeal. The front porch leads into the foyer and is open to the formal dining room which is highlighted by a trey ceiling. A gorgeous coffered 12’ ceiling is the masterpiece of the family room. The family room is expansive, has a handsome fireplace and window views of the rear porch. The open concept home design continues into the informal breakfast room and kitchen. The breakfast room is cozy with window views of the backyard and access to the rear porch. The gourmet kitchen is outstanding and features a large center island, separate pantry and loads of additional counter and cabinet space. These open living spaces and rear covered porch enhance the ability to entertain large gatherings of family and friends.
The split bedroom plan includes two spacious bedrooms, one with ample closet space; the other features a walk-in closet. There is a shared bath with double vanities and linen closet along with a large laundry room located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The master suite is elegantly designed with a large bedroom which includes an 11’ trey ceiling accent and private access to the rear porch. The master bath offers dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub and a compartmentalized toilet. The oversized walk-in closet is situated at the rear of the bath for privacy and convenience. The optional bonus room which adds an additional 583 square feet to the home is located upstairs and is clearly large enough to encapsulate a media room, fourth bedroom with walk-in closet and full hall bath. This floor plan offers a range of expansion options including a basement level and bonus room which would elevate the home’s status to a “forever” home.

When it comes to building your new Green Home, we work with you throughout the entire process. We want to make sure that you receive not only the best experience while building your Green Home, but the best home available. We work with everyone’s budget! Early on in the design process, our builder will give you an indicative estimate of what your design concepts – whether it be on a napkin or professionally drawn! From this point, we work with your budget to give you what you and your family want!
Of course! When you make contact with GH Builders, make sure to mention that you are looking at knocking down an existing structure so that we can begin to understand your situation, and build around what you need and want.
Absolutely! We are constantly growing our design range however with our inhouse design team, we can flip, alter, add, remove, grow any element of each home. We want our off the wall homes to be a platform for you to start from. We are building a home around you and your lifestyle – so changes will nearly be expected! If you don’t like having a 4th bedroom, and would rather a second living room, make sure to tell us!
Best way to start is by scribbling your dream onto a piece of paper. 80% of our Green Home owners started out with a napkin and a dream – and it is our mission to give you the home of your dreams. When you have an initial Discovery Meeting, make sure to bring all iterations of your future home so that our builders can have a look and work with you to make sure that it will work on your block and take advantage of the natural elements. From there we pass it on to our in-house design team for them to mock up and give you a look at what your home may look like!
Costs may be involved in this process, however from initial contact, these figures will be made available.
