This two story, classic Country house plan features an exterior that is charming and inviting with its large front covered porch, wood shutters and hints of the double brick chimneys. The symmetrical design is highlighted with an extended porch, a brick walk-up and a centrally located entry into the home’s interior. The front porch is a beautiful spot to greet family and friends, relax on a cool day or to watch the world “go by.” The rear porch is, if possible, even more enticing with its larger footprint, summer kitchen and many access points into the home’s interior. The interior floor plan features approximately 4,457 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and three plus baths on two floors. There is a two car front entry garage with plenty of attached storage space and a rear pedestrian door as well. The main floor of the home features a traditional foyer entry with an adjacent second story staircase and matching formal living and dining rooms; both have 12’ ceiling heights, great floor space and double window views overlooking the front porch. Beyond the foyer are the common family rooms; there is a huge family room, again with 12’ ceiling heights, with a warming fireplace and a pair of French doors leading onto the rear porch. The kitchen is highlighted with double islands and the adjacent breakfast nook is snugly enclosed in bay window views. Around the corner is the game room with access to the outdoor space and there is a mud room, laundry room and large walk-in pantry between the kitchen and garage. The opposite wing of the main floor houses the owner’s suite, a separate study, a half bath for guests and a small hallway leading to the outdoor space. The master suite is large and brightly lit from an abundance of window views. There are double his and hers walk-in closets lining the hallway to the elegant master bath where dual vanities, a private water closet, a separate shower and garden tub are found.

An array of bedrooms and baths are found on the second floor along with a family library which could function as such or could be utilized as numerous other rooms; a lounge for teenagers, a play room for small children or a family entertainment room to watch movies. Bedroom two is spacious with a jack and jill bathroom connecting it with the third bedroom; both have 10’ ceiling heights, window views and one features a walk-in closet while the other has plenty of closet space. The fourth and fifth bedroom are set up in much the same style; both are spacious with window views, one with a walk-in closet, the other with good closet space and they share a bath which features double vanities, a toilet area, a linen closet and a tub/shower combination. This lovely Country house plan offers excellent outdoor space for family and friends to gather in comfort, a great interior family layout and an exterior that classic and welcoming.

From this point, we work with your budget to give you what you and your family want!

Absolutely! We are constantly growing our design range however with our inhouse design team, we can flip, alter, add, remove, grow any element of each home. We want our off the wall homes to be a platform for you to start from. We are building a home around you and your lifestyle – so changes will nearly be expected! If you don’t like having a 4th bedroom, and would rather a second living room, make sure to tell us!

Best way to start is by scribbling your dream onto a piece of paper. 80% of our Green Home owners started out with a napkin and a dream – and it is our mission to give you the home of your dreams. When you have an initial Discovery Meeting, make sure to bring all iterations of your future home so that our builders can have a look and work with you to make sure that it will work on your block and take advantage of the natural elements. From there we pass it on to our in-house design team for them to mock up and give you a look at what your home may look like!
