The method to our building green philosophy is short but sweet. As a territory developer, you will create dreams by following a short six step process to create the following customer experience:
Your home is your castle, and as such, what you want, you get. Our planning and design process is the first step in creating the custom designed green home that you are dreaming of. We work directly with you to come up with the ultimate energy efficient home to meet your every need.
Easily the most exciting step in the early creation of your new home is the laying of the foundation. Whether you opt for a concrete slab or a bearer and joist flooring system, our results are professional and will support you for the rest of your life.
With the foundation securely in place, your green home takes shape as the frames and trusses are put into place. It is at this point that you will truly see the spectacular design come to fruition, giving you the inspiration to start visualizing the layout of your new space.
This very important part of the process is where you begin to see the façade of your new green home come alive. Roofing, exterior cladding and other external activities are completed, and your builder will consult with you to ensure everything is in perfect shape. This is the time for tweaks and adjustments, because if you’re not happy, then we’re not happy.
Your journey is almost completed. The last important parts of your green home are coming together, with the insulation, plasterboard, and linings all completed. At this point, it is time for you to start thinking about your big move.
